From October 7 to 10, 2026, COMMANDO75 Group took part in the Marrakech Air Show as an official sponsor. At our stand L2, the four-day event featured official visits, meetings with our partners and the unveiling of a scale model of BAL TEQ Defense Industries, our future industrial facility in Nouaceur.
Solutions for Defense, Security and Rescue
Our participation provided an opportunity to showcase our role as a solutions integrator: supporting our clients from identifying their needs through to integrating equipment tailored to their operational requirements.
At our stand, visitors discovered a portfolio spanning ballistic protection, optronic systems, detection and search technologies, as well as urban, water and aviation rescue. CBRN decontamination and operational support rounded out this range of solutions for defense, security and civil protection organizations.
Official Visits and High-Level Discussions
Our stand welcomed numerous dignitaries and official delegations, including Mr. Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade; Mr. Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the National Defense Administration; and General Mohammed Berrid, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Zone.
These visits provided an opportunity to present our expertise, equipment and the Group’s industrial development plans.
We also welcomed, among others, the Minister of Defense of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, accompanied by a high-level military delegation, as well as a delegation of investors from Guinea. These meetings opened discussions on operational needs, potential cooperation and partnership opportunities in the defense and security sectors.
Recognizing Our Partners
The show also offered a valuable opportunity to meet with our partners from International Golden Group (IGG), a subsidiary of the UAE-based EDGE Group.
During their visit, they attended the official signing ceremony involving BAL TEQ, in the presence of Mr. Ryad Mezzour. COMMANDO75 Group presented them with commemorative trophies in recognition of our collaboration.
BAL TEQ: An Industrial Project at the Heart of Our Participation
The unveiling of the scale model of BAL TEQ Defense Industries was one of the highlights of our participation.
Located in the military industrial acceleration zone in Nouaceur, this future facility represents an investment of more than USD 20 million and is expected to create over 400 direct jobs. It will be dedicated to ballistic protection, tactical equipment and solutions for the armed forces.
This project reflects our commitment to developing local manufacturing capabilities and strengthening Morocco’s defense industrial ecosystem.
It received coverage from several media outlets, including Médias24, Le Desk, La Vérité, Aeronautique.ma, Le Nouvelliste and Hespress English.
