During Marrakech Air Show 2026, COMMANDO75 Group showcased a scale model of BAL TEQ Defense Industries, its future industrial facility in Nouaceur, at its exhibition stand. The Group also shared a significant moment with its partners from International Golden Group (IGG), who attended the official signing ceremony and visited the COMMANDO75 Group stand.
The BAL TEQ Scale Model Takes Center Stage
The BAL TEQ project was presented through a detailed scale model. The facility will be located in the Nouaceur Military Industrial Acceleration Zone, managed by the Société de Gestion des Zones Industrielles de Défense (SGZID), the public entity responsible for developing, planning, and managing industrial acceleration zones dedicated to Morocco’s defense sector.
Key project figures:
• Initial investment: Over USD 20 million
• Land area: Approximately 20,000 m²
• Direct jobs: More than 400
• Expected operational launch: Approximately 24 months after construction begins
(bulletproof vests, helmets, plates, and shields), tactical equipment for security and law enforcement forces, and specialized solutions tailored to the needs of the armed forces.
A dedicated Research and Development (R&D) center will complement these production capabilities.
The project falls within the framework of Law No. 10-20, and its preliminary industrial engineering studies have been completed.

Marrakech Air Show 2026 was also marked by the presence of our partners from International Golden Group (IGG), a subsidiary of the UAE-based EDGE Group, at the official signing ceremony related to BAL TEQ, followed by their visit to our exhibition stand.
These moments highlighted the importance of strong partnerships and shared ambitions.

As a token of appreciation, COMMANDO75 Group presented commemorative trophies to its IGG partners.

Manufacturing in Morocco, for Morocco and International Markets
BAL TEQ will primarily address the Kingdom of Morocco’s needs, supporting national sovereignty, while also pursuing export opportunities in partner countries across Africa and the Middle East, with a longer-term ambition to reach European markets.
Through this project, COMMANDO75 Group contributes to the development of a Moroccan industrial value chain in the defense sector
